Who is eligible for help from We Care Home Improvements?
We work primarily with older people, disabled people, and people in vulnerable situations across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and the wider South West. How much does it cost?
It depends on the work and how it’s funded. For many people we support, council Disabled Facilities Grant funding, NHS partnership funding, or charitable funding covers the cost in full. For others, we’ll quote you transparently before any work starts. [TBC: confirm pricing/funding wording]
Do I need a referral from a council or hospital?
No. You can come to us directly. We also work with referrals from councils, NHS teams, GPs, social workers, and family members. Whatever route you arrive through, we’ll handle the paperwork and the funding conversation on your behalf.
