Most of the people we help are referred through a partner. A council Disabled Facilities Grant team, an NHS hospital-discharge coordinator, a housing association repairs officer, a GP, a social worker. Some come direct, but a lot of the work we do happens because someone in the public sector trusted us to handle it well.
We work hard to be the kind of partner you don't have to chase. We pick up the phone. We turn up. We complete the work to the standard the resident deserves, and we keep the case team updated so nobody has to guess what's happening.
